Nutritional Principles

1. Include a calorie deficit ie Negative calorie food we discussed previously
2. Eat small, frequent meals
3. Eat lean protein with every meal
4. Balance between lean protein and natural carbs
5. Include plenty of fiber
6. Eat a low fat, but not non-fat diet, which includes plenty of essential fatty acids, a proper ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fats
7. Drinking plenty of water
8. Adequate post workout nutrition.

fat-loss mind concept

1. Be motivated.
A lot of people want the weight to come off...they just don't want to go through the process of fat loss. Since fat loss can be difficult, you've got to have a fire underneath you driving you to make good eating and exercise decisions on a daily basis. Without it, you are just going through the motions... telling yourself you are "trying" to lose weight, but in actually not doing the things that are necessary to reach your goal.

2. Know what you're doing on a daily basis.

Keep a journal. Write down what you eat (how much, when, why, etc) and record what you've done for exercise.

3. Be realistic.
The excess fat didn't come on overnight, it won't come off overnight. Despite what late night informercials promise. People need to realize that the best weight loss is slow consistent fat loss which is created by manageable changes in calories, fat and exercise within your lifestyle.
