Game of fat; win or lose

Lets play the fat game..........can you beat me? Prove it now!!!!
Looking at the standard deck above, we have:
13 columns (ace to king) = times of routine exercise
4 rows (clubs to spades) = routine exercise 

ROWS     ROUTINE EXERCISE 

Clubs lying legs 45 degree - 90 degree

Diamonds      Take me to the dance floor
                    (  play and dance a complete song)

Hearts      diagonal leg movement   


Spades      jog for 10secs
