EAT FRUIT ON EMPTY STOMACH

Fruit should be eaten on empty stomach…not as dessert after your meal as is often done. If you eat fruits like this, it will also help to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of  fruit. As fruit digests faster than bread, the slice of fruit digests quickly and is ready to go straight through your stomach into your intestines, but its passage is blocked by the bread which takes longer to digest…In the meantime the whole meal ferments and turns to acid. Consequently, when the fruit comes in contact with the food in your stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil. It is therefore better to eat your fruit on an empty stomach or before your meals. You have heard people complaining – “Every time I eat water-melon after dinner I burp”. “When I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet” etc. These will
not happen if you eat your fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with putrefying food and produces gas and hence you will bloat. Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under your eyes are a few consequences of eating fruit after meals.

Nutritional Principles

1. Include a calorie deficit ie Negative calorie food we discussed previously
2. Eat small, frequent meals
3. Eat lean protein with every meal
4. Balance between lean protein and natural carbs
5. Include plenty of fiber
6. Eat a low fat, but not non-fat diet, which includes plenty of essential fatty acids, a proper ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fats
7. Drinking plenty of water
8. Adequate post workout nutrition.

fat-loss mind concept

1. Be motivated.
A lot of people want the weight to come off...they just don't want to go through the process of fat loss. Since fat loss can be difficult, you've got to have a fire underneath you driving you to make good eating and exercise decisions on a daily basis. Without it, you are just going through the motions... telling yourself you are "trying" to lose weight, but in actually not doing the things that are necessary to reach your goal.

2. Know what you're doing on a daily basis.

Keep a journal. Write down what you eat (how much, when, why, etc) and record what you've done for exercise.

3. Be realistic.
The excess fat didn't come on overnight, it won't come off overnight. Despite what late night informercials promise. People need to realize that the best weight loss is slow consistent fat loss which is created by manageable changes in calories, fat and exercise within your lifestyle.

Fat free food: A lie

Yeah i agree with the food companies that the food dont have fat as ingregent but that does'nt mean that it does not give fat..............This will  look like as if i am contradicting myself right? But i aint. Get the logic, in fat free food, the companies will definitely have a substitute to make the food have taste and in most cases it is sugar. When sugar enters the body, some are used as energy while the rest are stored as fat. The more you have that concept that is a fat free food and eat more of it, the more you get fat twice as much you will normally get from normal fatty food. so try and eat less of all food whether fat free or fat food.
